because we know that they are true

i’m hoping that if i listen to it enough times it will become familiar to me

you know, i had heard The Cramps' recording of this, but i had never ever in my life imagined that it was a cover. wow.

i think typography is a lot like math

it can be easier, faster, and better-looking when you use a computer, but if you do it by hand, you learn more, and if you do it enough times manually, you become better at it across all mediums

this person's youtube channel has a lot of really cool 1950s/1960s rock & roll. there's the cool mainstream stuff like johnnie ray and eddie cochran, but then there are also things like peruvian rockers los zodiac, a french-canadian version of "in the still of the night"(?!), and of course the magic of los teen tops. it's like the united nations if the united nations were a swingin' soda fountain in 1964.

i feel like the production values for this video are a lot higher than they need to be, in a good way. where did that crane shot come from?

i have no idea what he means by that, but when i hear him sing it, i'm like, "yeah, alright!"

i like heavy metal typography a lot more than heavy metal music but i think they complement each other pretty well.
