things i wish i was good at

i feel like flatland is one of those things that's amazing no matter how much you understand it. that might be a pretty big assumption, though, 'cause i probably don't understand it. it sure is pretty, though.

sometimes i wish that i had studied computer programming, at least a little bit. when i was a kid, i really wanted to grow up to be a video game designer, and i don't think i ever really grew out of that. having said that, though, i also wish that i took classes in engineering, english, music, and a bunch of other stuff, and i'm really glad for (almost) all of the design classes i took, so i think that maybe i want to know how to do everything in the world. ohhhh, and that's alright with me. whoa-oh-oh-oh thunder road.

learning to play the piano is pretty tough but pretty cool. maybe someday i'll be able to do it with both hands at once.
